*Job Description / Responsibility:
  • We are looking for Sales Engr. (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & Process Control)
  • Ensure achievement of monthly sales target, collection & sales proceed.
  • Regular visit of clients to motivate and ensure sales consistency.
  • Monitoring competitors activities, submit report and recommendation for counter act.
  • Market Survey / Market research with extensively field visit & find out potential clients.
  • Generate creative ideas to secure new customers & enhance existing sales.
  • Response in customers queries, problem & issues.
  • Customer`s requirement analysis and offer products accordingly.
  • Preparing quotation, presentation, tender, sales analysis and other reports.
  • Maintain relationship with existing clients.
  • Prepare and execute all marketing activities as per the plan of organization.
  • Sound knowledge about the market trend and competitors
  • Ensure follow-up procedure which is set by the management
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
  • Socializing for sales boost up.
  • Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of project
  • Do all kinds of needful to meet individual and team sales target.

*Educational Requirements: Fresh Diploma-in-Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & process Control).
*Experience Requirements: 0 to 1 year(s)
*Additional Job Requirements:
  • 2 to 3 years experience in Relevant Field
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Marketing and Sales of Electrical low Voltage Products(Brand SIEMENS)
  • Strong written communication & report writing skill;
  • Able to work under pressure and control large number of sales force;
  • Willing to travel extensively, Should have good communication & negotiating skill.
  • The candidate must have experience in sales and marketing
  • Must have very good persuading and presentation skill to the customers.
  • Ability to lead, control and motivate the sales force.
