As per BTRC directive, if your ROBI number is unused for more than 2 years, even then you will be able to re-connect that number within 90 days of time from 9th April 2015 – 9th July 2015. Please contact our helpline (123)/ Customer Care Centre with your ownership documents (i.e. subscription form; National ID card etc.) After this above time period, your number shall be terminated and not be claimable.
