Reactivation Offer

Reactivate your connection and choose any of the following offer:

Prepaid Get 1Mbps-8GB-Tk.399 of every recharge  for first 3 months upon reactivate of closed connection
Option 2 Postpaid Get total 150% EXTRA volume upon reactivate of closed connection
Prepaid Get total 150% EXTRA volume for every Tk.399 or above recharge upon reactivate of closed connection

Terms & Conditions (Option 1)

Postpaid

  • Applicable for 50 days or more inactive customer
  • All previous dues will be waived
  • Customer will be able to enjoy this plan 3 months from the reactivation date
  • After 3 months customer will automatically be switched to 1Mbps-2GB-Tk.400 plan
  • During offer period or after offer ends customer can migrate to any of our existing plan through proper migration request. Customer will not get any offer benefits if he migrates during offer time
  • Additional usage charge is Tk.0.10 (+VAT)/MB
  • All other Postpaid terms and conditions will remain same

Prepaid

  • Applicable for 50 days or more inactive customer
  • Prepaid customer can avail this plan upon recharge at least Tk.399 recharge during campaign period
  • For higher Prepaid recharge customer will get either 8 GB or regular volume of that recharge whichever is higher
  • In case of multiple offers being offered at the same time, customer will get the higher volume amount
  • By default customer will get regular volume from the Prepaid recharge. Extra volume will be posted on customers’ account within 48 hours of recharge
  • Customer will only get respective volume for any recharge below Tk.399
  • Validity for the plan will remain same for the respective card
  • Customer will be able to enjoy this plan 3 months from the reactivation date. He can recharge as many cards during this offer time (Tk.399 or above) and get extra data every time
  • After 3 months regular data limit will be applicable for respective card recharge

 

Terms & Conditions (Option 2)

Postpaid

  • Applicable for 50 days or more inactive customer
  • All previous dues will be waived
  • 150% volume will be equally distributed over three months (50% per month)
  • Customer has to choose one of our current plan  to get this bonus offer
  • Extra volume will be posted into customer’s account within 48 hours of new bill generation
  • Extra volume will be based on plan’s original volume limit
  • From 4th month and onward regular volume will be applicable
  • If any Postpaid customer migrate or discontinue within first 3 months (promotion time) then he will lose the extra volume benefit

Prepaid

  • Applicable for 50 days or more inactive customer
  • Customer will get 50% extra volume on every recharge of Tk.399 or above Prepaid during first 3 months after reconnection
  • In case of multiple offers being offered at the same time, customer will get the higher volume amount
  • Extra volume will be posted into customer’s account within 48 hours of recharge
  • From 4th month and onward regular volume will be applicable
  • If any Postpaid customer migrate or discontinue within first 3 months (promotion time) then he will lose the extra volume benefit

  1. Open a ticket: Open a ticket for reactivation request at
  2. Email: email ccm@banglalionwimax.com or commercial.billing@banglalionwimax.com to request for reactivation. Customer must email from the email account that is stored in the system.
  3. Customer care center: customer can go to Customer care center and request for reactivation.
  4. Carline: customer can call BCL Careline (09611-556677 or 16313) to request for reactivation. Careline personnel will open a ticket on behalf of customer.
  5. Facebook: you can also send your request by providing your User id and phone number in our official Banglalion page.
